The free tier gives you everything you need to start practicing. You get access to the full trading dashboard with market replay, order execution, and basic analytics. There is no time limit and no credit card required.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. Your session history and analytics data are preserved — you just lose access to Pro-only features.
Do I get a refund if I cancel early?
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the remaining days in the billing period. Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the remaining term.
What payment methods are accepted?
TestMax accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor. We do not currently support PayPal or cryptocurrency payments.
Will my data be deleted if I downgrade?
No. Your trading sessions, analytics data, journal entries, and algo strategies are all preserved when you downgrade. However, you will not be able to access Pro-only features (like the Algo Playground or calendar heatmap) until you re-subscribe.
Is there a student or team discount?
Not at this time. The Pro plan is priced to be accessible for individual traders. If you have questions about team or institutional access, contact our support team.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual, you are billed immediately for the annual amount, and any remaining days on your monthly cycle are prorated as a credit. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term.
