TestMax ("we," "us," or "our") operates on a subscription-based model. This policy outlines how to cancel your subscription and our refund policy.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your TestMax Pro subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts, and no hidden charges.
To cancel:
- Log in to your TestMax account
- Go to Settings
- Under the Subscription section, click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for any future billing cycles
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- All your trading data, replay sessions, and analytics are preserved on the Free plan
- You can resubscribe to Pro at any time to regain full access
We recommend cancelling your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Refund Policy
All payments made for TestMax Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Annual subscription payments
- Renewal payments (recurring charges)
- Partial-month usage (e.g., cancelling mid-cycle)
- Dissatisfaction with trading results (TestMax is a practice tool, not financial advice)
Since TestMax offers a fully functional Free plan, we encourage all users to thoroughly explore the platform before upgrading to Pro. The Free plan includes full backtesting features, all order types, drawing tools, and complete analytics — so you can evaluate the product at no cost before committing to a paid subscription.
Avoiding Unwanted Charges
To avoid being charged for a subscription you no longer want:
- Cancel your subscription before your next billing date
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of TestMax after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
