TestMax ("we," "us," or "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for payments made through our platform.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with TestMax Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment — no questions asked. This applies to your first payment only.

  • The 7-day window starts from the date of your first successful payment
  • You do not need to provide a reason for the refund request
  • The full subscription amount will be refunded to your original payment method

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your TestMax Pro subscription at any time from your account Settings page. When you cancel:

  • Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for any future billing cycles
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
  • Your trading data, sessions, and analytics are preserved on the Free plan

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Within 7 days of first payment — Full refund, no questions asked
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges — Full refund for any accidental or duplicate billing
  • Service unavailability — Pro-rated refund if TestMax is unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window for the initial payment
  • Renewal payments (recurring monthly charges after the first month)
  • Partial-month usage (e.g., you cancel mid-cycle but want a partial refund)
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results (TestMax is a practice tool, not financial advice)

If you have concerns about a renewal charge, we recommend cancelling your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using one of the following methods:

  • Email support@test-max.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  • Use the in-app support widget (available from any page when logged in)

Please include your account email address so we can locate your subscription.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of TestMax after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
