TestMax ("we," "us," or "our") operates on a subscription-based model. This Refund Policy outlines our policy regarding payments and cancellations.
No Refunds
All payments made for TestMax Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. This includes monthly payments, annual payments, and all renewal charges.
Since TestMax offers a fully functional Free plan, we encourage all users to thoroughly explore the platform before upgrading to Pro. The Free plan includes full backtesting features, all order types, drawing tools, and complete analytics — so you can evaluate the product at no cost before committing to a paid subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your TestMax Pro subscription at any time from your account Settings page. When you cancel:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for any future billing cycles
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Your trading data, sessions, and analytics are preserved on the Free plan
We recommend cancelling your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Changes to This Policy
