Suggestion Box

After signing in, click the lightbulb button labelled Suggest a feature, beside the support chat button. During a replay, use the lightbulb button in the playback bar.

Send a suggestion

1. Open New Suggestion.
2. Choose Feature Request, Improvement, Bug Report, or Other.
3. Enter a Title (up to 200 characters) and Description (up to 2,000 characters). Both are required.
4. Click Submit Suggestion.

You can send up to 5 bug reports per hour. Other categories have no hourly limit. If you reach the limit, the form shows “Failed to submit suggestion”; wait one hour, then send it again.

Check your suggestions

Open My Suggestions to see your latest 50 submissions, newest first. Each shows its title, a description preview, category, date and current status: new, planned, done, or dismissed.

If the list cannot load, click Retry. For help that needs a conversation with the team, open a support ticket.
